AI RevOps

Revenue cycle infrastructure for healthcare and biotech, at OTLEN.

The internet version of a working notebook is more useful when it shows movement. This page is organized around things that are being built, tested, published, or reconsidered, rather than a static list of job titles.

N° 03Five parts

  1. 01

    Build log

Projects move through a simple loop: identify a painful problem, build a focused interface or workflow, put it in front of reality, learn what breaks, and decide whether to continue. The output is not always a product. Sometimes it is a new operating method or a better question.

    Problem → Build → Test → Learn → Decide

  2. 02

    Digital systems

Modern work is increasingly a network of tools: browsers, APIs, databases, CRMs, AI models, dashboards, automations, and communication channels. The opportunity is to make those tools behave like one system instead of twenty disconnected applications.

  3. 03

    Media

Video is useful when it shows the thinking, along with the conclusion. Screen recordings, technical walkthroughs, visual explanations, and short observations can make complicated systems understandable without flattening them into generic advice.

  4. 04

    Experiments

A good experiment has a clear question and a cheap failure mode. It should be possible to learn something meaningful without building the entire thing first. This site collects those experiments because the failures are often as educational as the wins.

    What’s next

Some ideas become businesses. Some become tools. Some die after ten minutes because the first test shows they are bad. That is still progress. It is the mechanism for finding the ideas worth pursuing.
